Job Description :

Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate professionalism and proficiency in core program administration job duties
- Process expert user in KNET, Adobe Connect, SIM ticketing, and Project Management tools
- Demonstrate positive and professional customer service skills with a friendly, knowledgeable approach
- Coordinate training events and logistics. Manage within timelines and budget. Escalate to leadership as needed
- Become an expert in using our LMS to maintain courses, offerings, registrations, wait-lists, reports
- Leverage systems and databases to streamline registration, tracking, and reporting processes
- Collect and report associate performance metrics and data to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Automate and simplify routine processes to make room for more complex work
- Build skills as a trainer and facilitate or manage classrooms as needed
Experience : 1+ years’ experience onsite training coordinator or administrative role
Qualification : Degree or certification in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
Skills :
- Full proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in local language and English
Preferred Qualification :
- Lead structured process improvement applying lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Tableau, PowerBi, Quicksight. and / or similar analytical platforms
- Proficiency in developing SharePoint, website, or wiki sites
- Data analyst skill sets including data cleaning and preparation, statistical knowledge, data visualization
- The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work with autonomy
